Official Rockstar material

When GTA VI reporting needs a visual reference, LUDQORA prefers material published by Rockstar Games through its official website, media pages or official downloadable press/media archives. We use that material for reporting, commentary, identification and reference and keep Rockstar as the visible source. LUDQORA does not claim ownership of Rockstar artwork, screenshots, logos, trailers or game assets, and a public download link is not treated as a blanket transfer of copyright. Source-specific terms and rightsholder instructions take precedence.

Press, forum and community material

A public URL does not automatically grant permission to mirror its contents. News articles, forum posts, community images and social-media videos are normally handled as link-and-citation sources. LUDQORA does not copy an article body, photograph, screenshot or video simply because it is available online. Where a third-party report is needed, our page should add independent verification, context, analysis or comparison and send readers to the cited source for the underlying report.

Video and embeds

When an official or otherwise eligible video is useful to a report, we prefer the publisher's own player or a privacy-enhanced platform embed rather than downloading and re-uploading the video. An embed does not become LUDQORA-owned media. If the original uploader disables or removes an eligible embed, we may replace it with a source link or official still rather than attempting to preserve an unauthorized copy.

Leaks and unauthorized material

LUDQORA does not host or distribute stolen game builds, source code, unreleased downloadable assets or mirrored copies of unauthorized GTA VI gameplay. A news report may discuss the existence, provenance or implications of leaked material when it is editorially relevant, but the report should rely on text-level claims, cited reporting and official Rockstar imagery as the visual baseline instead of reproducing the leaked file itself.

LUDQORA original work

LUDQORA's original writing, source organization, analyses, measurements, comparisons, graphics created by the publication and site design remain LUDQORA work unless otherwise credited. Third-party trademarks and media shown alongside that work remain the property of their respective owners.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe material on LUDQORA infringes rights you own or represent, email ludqora@gmail.com. Please include the LUDQORA page URL, the work or material you are identifying, a link or description that helps us locate the original, your relationship to the rights holder, and the action you are requesting. We may ask for enough information to verify authority before changing or removing material.

We review good-faith rights requests separately from ordinary factual corrections and will remove, replace, link instead of host, or otherwise adjust material when appropriate.

Corrections are a separate channel

A factual dispute about a statement should normally use the Corrections Policy. A rights or copyright concern should use the contact above. If one request involves both, we can handle the editorial correction and the media-rights question together while keeping the two decisions distinct.

Independence

LUDQORA is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games and related names, artwork and game assets belong to their respective rights holders.
